Why does a boy need scouting? To
provide an opportunity for a
wonderful experience that we cannot give
them alone by developing character,
personality,
and strength. It helps the individual to
think for himself and work as a team.
They learn by experience
in an organization high in ideals, leadership,
and commuity service.

Each level is called a den
and all the dens come together to form
the pack. The dens
meet monthly to go over different
requirements needed to advance to the
next
level. Den meetings may consist of
visiting a location in the community,
listening
to guest
speakers or working on projects. The
pack gets together once a month for larger
activites such as the Pinewood Derby, Sail
Boat Regatta and Advancements.The year
starts in August and finishes in May.
